Terms of service

Two minutes before you start: what you can do, what you may not do, and how payment and refunds work.

1. What the service provides

This site provides online image processing tools. Local tools (compress, resize, crop, watermark, format conversion, ICO, PDF, ZIP and so on) are free and unlimited. AI tools that need model inference are offered against a daily quota—20 images per day for free users, more on VIP plans. VIP membership is an optional paid service.

2. Accounts

  • Registration details must be accurate and each account is for one person;
  • Keep your password safe—losses caused by a leaked password are borne by the account holder;
  • If you notice unusual sign-ins, change your password and contact us immediately;
  • Accounts with no sign-in for a long period and no open orders may be suspended without further notice, but we will not delete records of your paid entitlements.

3. Prohibited behaviour

By using this site you agree not to:

  • Process unlawful content, including but not limited to pornography, violence or terrorism, gambling or fraud, or material that infringes someone's likeness or copyright;
  • Upload other people's ID documents, bank cards, medical records or other sensitive personal information;
  • Call the API in bulk with scripts or crawlers, or circumvent quota limits through multiple accounts, clearing cookies or similar tricks;
  • Run stress tests, vulnerability scans or denial-of-service attacks against the site, or attempt to access unauthorised data;
  • Copy, decompile or resell the site's code, models or interface design.

If any of the above is breached we may suspend the account and clear its quota; serious cases may be pursued legally.

4. Content you upload

Copyright in the images you upload stays with you or the original rights holder; this site claims no rights over them. You grant us only the minimum licence needed to complete the requested processing (store, read, compute and generate the result file), and that licence ends when the task expires or you delete it. We will not use your images for training, promotion or any external purpose.

You must hold the legal right to process whatever you upload. Disputes caused by infringing content are the responsibility of the uploader.

5. Membership and payment

  • Membership runs for the number of days in the plan; the daily quota resets at 00:00 and unused runs do not carry over;
  • Payment is completed on a third-party platform (Epay). After a successful payment the platform's asynchronous notification activates the plan and the quota arrives immediately;
  • Membership is a virtual service, so the portion of time already used is non-refundable. For unused time, duplicate payments, or payments that did not activate, contact support with the order number; after verification we refund the unused portion and roll back the membership period and that day's quota accordingly;
  • If your bank has charged you but the page never activated (a lost callback), contact us with the order number and we will credit the order after verification—no second payment needed;
  • Promotional prices are those shown on the page; plans already purchased are not affected by later price changes.

6. Open API

  • Signed-in users can create keys on the "Open API" page. The plaintext key is shown only once at creation—store it safely;
  • The API shares the same daily quota as the website, and each key has a per-minute task limit and a concurrency limit; exceeding them returns 429;
  • Keys are for your own use only and must not be lent or published. If a key leaks, revoke it on the page—it stops working immediately;
  • The API is currently free of a separate charge, but we do not promise unlimited calls. If usage-based pricing is introduced, it will be announced before it takes effect.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service stable but cannot promise 100% uptime. Interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, network failures or events beyond our control will be fixed as quickly as possible; the free service carries no compensation for them, while paid members may request a corresponding extension for the downtime.

We may adjust or retire individual tools or features. Any change affecting paid entitlements is announced on the site in advance.

8. Disclaimer

AI results can be imperfect (cutout edges, restored details). Always keep the original file for anything important and never overwrite your only copy with a processed result. This site is not liable for losses caused by missing backups.

9. Intellectual property

The site's code, copy, interface design and self-trained model weights belong to this site. They may not be mirrored, scraped or redistributed commercially without written permission. Images produced by the tools belong to you.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated as the service changes; updates are published on this page, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, they are submitted to the competent people's court where the site operator is located.
